Like Corona Treatment, Plasma Discharge has also had an application of the Surface treatment, but for 3D Objects like PCB, Bottles, Toys, Furniture’s, caps, tubes, Pipes, etc. Plasma increases the surface energy of the product which so that ink or glue adheres to the plastic surface. Other than surface activation Plasma treater is also used for surface cleaning to remove foreign particles like dust and coatings.

- Before Gluing and Printing of Objects with low surface energy
- Inkjet Printing on Plastic Substrates like pipes and tubes
- Surface Cleaning in Clean rooms of Products
- Electronics parts and components before assembly or soldering, or before printing
